Songwriting is my passion and MY identity.   I work hard at continually improving my craft by taking seminars, attending workshops and taking trips to Nashville to further my career. 

 

My firt cut came in 2006 with a Canadian East Coast band called Shanklin' Road with my song "Climb" which did well on country radio.  Since then, I've had numerous Country Artists from around the world record some of my songs.

 

To date, I've won five professional songwriting grants through FACTOR.ca (Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings), and I've had several songs published.

 

I have co-written with a lot of talented writers including Dave Woods, Ryan Hydro, Larry Berrio, Jeff Moxcey, Pat Aureli, Jim Smith, Andrea Standley, Tina Tufts-May, Shari Lynn, John Bilecki, Rebecca Dale Peaden, Rick Keane, Blake Hill, Scott Word, Greg Austin, Paul Sheremeta and Helen Kameka.
